Vegan Chocolate Frosting

A very simple and delicious frosting for your gluten free, vegan, refined sugar free chocolate cupcakes!

Vegan Chocolate Frosting
Servings 12 cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Plant Milk
- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 heaping cup vegan semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions

Add apple cider vinegar to milk and set aside

In double boiler melt butter. Add milk to mixture.

Add chocolate chips. Blend well.

Once melted, remove from heat. Blend occasionally until frosting thickens.

You can stick it in the fridge for a bit to make the process faster. Continue blending until desired thickness.
