Taco Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 heaping cup Cooked Kidney Beans heated
  • 1/2 head of romaine
  • 1 Tbsp Vegenaise or other vegan mayo
  • 1 tsp Cholula I do much more than this.
  • 11 Tortilla Chips (crushed + one for scooping)

Instructions

  1. Heat Kidney beans. Top with chopped lettuce. Add vegenaise and cholula. Top with chips. Save at least one for scooping! This is my very favorite go to recipe!
