Chocolate Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 Large Frozen Banana if it's not frozen, add 1/2 cup of ice to the smoothie
- 1 Tbsp Hemp Seed
- 1 Tbsp Flax Seed
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seed
- 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter For less calories you can use peanut butter powder
- 2 Tbsp Cacao Powder
- 1 cup plant milk
