Chocolate Protein Smoothie


  • 1 Large Frozen Banana if it's not frozen, add 1/2 cup of ice to the smoothie
  • 1 Tbsp Hemp Seed
  • 1 Tbsp Flax Seed
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seed
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter For less calories you can use peanut butter powder
  • 2 Tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 1 cup plant milk


  1. Add all ingredients to blender. Add more milk (or water) if it is too thick
