Protein Packed Oatmeal

  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Hemp Seed
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Milk or any plant based milk
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon


  • 1/4 Cup Oats
  • 2 tsp Flax Seed
  • 2 tsp Chia Seed


  • 2 Strawberries
  • 10 Blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp walnuts
  • 1/4 Banana


  1. Cook oatmeal according to package instructions. When oatmeal is finished cooking, remove from heat and add chia seeds and flax and stir well. While oatmeal is cooking in a separate bowl, mix all of the ingredients for the sauce. If it is too thick add more soy milk or plant milk of choice. Once oatmeal is finished add in sauce, gently stir with a fork enough to mix, but do not over mix. I just like to move it through the oatmeal, no stir so much that it's completely part of the oatmeal.

    Chop strawberries and bananas, chop walnuts and any other toppings and add to the top. Gently stir again to your liking.
