Grocery List

Grocery List!

My favorite places to shop are Costco and Trader Joe's. The products I list can be found at just about any grocery store, but Trader Joe's definitely has the best overall prices compared to other places. If you have a Costco membership, I recommend buying frozen fruits and veggies there, chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, nuts, and many fresh fruits and veggies. If not, Trader Joe's will have everything you need. The only outlier that I can think of is the Vegenaise, which is just a vegan mayo. Trader Joe's carries it's own Vegan Mayo that is pretty tasty too!

Learning to shop and eat differently is like learning a new language. Once you learn, it is easy. I promise the second shopping trip will be easier than the first. Plus, your cabinets will be stocked and you won't have to buy all of the same stuff every week. So, count on the first trip being the most annoying and expensive and from there on out it will get much easier. I hope you enjoy!
