Beans on Toast
Another very simple, but incredibly satisfying breakfast food.
- 1 slice toast
- 1/4 cup Red Kidney Beans
- 1 Tbs Vegenaise or any vegan mayo
- 1 tsp Cholula or more if you're like me
- 1 dash Sea Salt
Cook red kidney beans according to instructions. I like to make mine in the crockpot and freeze in individually usable containers. Canned is fine too--just be sure to get BPA Free lined cans.
Spread vegenaise over Toast
Spoon warm beans on top of toast
Put a few shakes of Cholula according to your taste. If you're anything like me it will be smothered.
