Super High Energy Protein Bites This recipe is super easy and totally adaptable to your taste, allergies and nutritional needs. Use a food processor to grind up the wet first. Remove, wet, then process the dry ingredients. Gradually add the wet back into the dry.

1 Tbs Flax 3 Tbs warm water   Mix together. It will become gelatinous. Put it in the fridge for a few minutes if you have the time. If you are rushed for time, use it. It will be ok.
